This one just off the kings road has a great view of the Thames with two front dormers (to meet conservation guidelines) and a rear dormer to create additional space. We also used conservation Velux windows to minimize the aesthetic impact from street level.

On this one they decided to go for underfloor heating throughout the whole loft space. This meant that they could save on space by making the areas normally reserved for radiators a more usable. We also added a wetroom shower room giving this an fantastic contemporary feel.  We managed to get this one completed in full in 6 weeks.

Loft Conversion Putney


This one in at the Putney end of Parsons Green, Fulham was a large loft conversion making two good size double bedrooms and also a playroom built on the rear return extension roof giving three large usable spaces.

Additional light was brought into the space using various electrically operated Velux roof windows. We also did the bespoke carpentry on this one to fill the voids behind the chimney with some great usable storage space. We added a juilet balcony to really finish this space off and give it some additional natural light and the option of a nice breeze.

They had a very good relationship with the neighbors’ and hence the party wall agreements were signed without the need for the expense of a surveyor. We recommended that the client did a full schedule of conditions in this case so that in case there were any issues at a later date they had a record of things prior to the loft conversion.
