We managed to obtain permission for both which also allowed the customer to have a fantastic kitchen living/ dining area to really make the most of this property in an ideal location.

Despite the space being limited this worked very well and still allowed some space for a small shower room. The client wanted the option to use one as a bedroom for their young children in the years to come.

This project afforded us the opportunity to ‘kill two birds with one stone’. Once again ‘Nu Lofts’ were responsible for gaining permitted development rights to do these loft conversions in another conservation area.


One loft was a mirror image of the other. The clients tastes were the only variation and both looked great once completed. They both had a rear dormer with Juliet balcony.
